Lead strategic partnerships with large global OEMs by developing and executing global account plans that deliver measurable business growth.

Act as the customer advocate within Danfoss by identifying their needs and collaborating with product management, marketing, and engineering to align on solutions.

Build strong, senior-level relationships across customer organizations—from procurement to product development—to ensure long-term alignment and value creation.

Drive regional engagement by partnering with sales teams worldwide to manage opportunity pipelines, customer satisfaction, and commercial strategy.

Negotiate global agreements and lead pricing strategies to ensure profitable and sustainable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical) or business.

7+ years’ experience managing global accounts or selling to international OEMs, ideally in a technical environment.

Proven success leading global, cross-functional teams and managing complex customer relationships.

Strong intercultural communication skills and experience working across different regions.

Willingness to travel 25–50% as needed to support global stakeholders and customer sites, including international travel.

Bonus if you bring:

An MBA or advanced degree in business or engineering.

Experience with Variable Frequency Drives or similar technical product portfolios.

Skills in building business cases, growth strategies, and influencing internal stakeholders across a matrix organization.
