What You'll Do
As Software Engineer Manager, you will have overall technical responsibility for design, development and technical support of BCG's global HR applications. You will be part HR Products Portfolio and work with a team of internal and external developers, as well as a cross-functional team consisting of Project Managers, Business Analysts, & others to provide high quality applications which respond to and meet the business needs of the entire BCG organization. You will be expected to participate in hands-on development activities as well as providing technical guidance and oversight to successfully execute projects. Have overall responsibility for the health of our HR applications, in terms of quality of the program code and operational effectiveness, from a technical standpoint. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is also essential.
