What you’ll do
Partnering with Independent Software Vendors (ISV) plays an important role in the SAP portfolio, to augment and extend our offer to drive higher value to our end-customers. SAP offers a partnership model for a broad set of ISVs with different layers of engagement. This role is focused on helping us to identify, recruit and enable the most strategic ISV partnerships.
In your role as a Global ISV Portfolio Lead you work closely with the individual Lines of Business (LoB) to enable the “partner” aspect of a broader “build, buy, partner” strategy for each LoB. This includes understanding the product strategy, supporting the identification of ISV partners and validating the partner fit to ensure successful execution of the strategy.
Develop cross-functional relationships with LoB members responsible to define and execute the strategy Serve as voice of the LOB into PES related to LOB’s ISV partner solution strategy Educate partners and LoB stakeholders on existing SAP partner models Evaluate individual partners, balancing the fit for existing models with LoB requirements Ensure smooth transition of identified partners into enablement and subsequent GTM execution with various stakeholders in LoB and PES (Partner Ecosystem Success) Work closely with the partner management team to evaluate and recommend portfolio adjustments based on performance of existing partners Ensure that lessons learned, knowledge, knowhow and best practices gained are part of a broader framework of portfolio management that can be leveraged across all LoBs in a consistent manner Identify gaps and opportunities to improve existing partner models and support initiatives to evolve and enhance SAP’s Ecosystem strategy
What you bring
Minimum 8+ years’ experience in the software industry or in a partner/customer facing role (Partner management, sales, solution management, customer success). Experience presenting to C-suite / executive leadership and managing executive relationships Understands SAP Suite first/AI first Strategy and the Customer Value Journey model Understanding of one or more areas of the SAP application portfolio: S/4, Finance, HCM, CX, SCM, BTP, BTM, Spend Experience navigating complex organizations and partner dynamics with ability to manage both collaborative and competing priorities Experience working across various teams responsible for the end-to-end process that supports ISV partnerships, including product, sales, commercial, etc. Experience extracting, organizing and presenting data to help make informed guidance and/or decisions with internal and external stakeholders Fluency in English is a must, any other language an asset Bachelor equivalent: yes MBA: Preferred

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 194,100 - 411,600 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
