Global IoT Service Expert - German Speaking
Your role in a nutshell:
In this role, you will lead the IoT service relationship for Vodafone’s largest IoT accounts, with the goal of enhancing overall customer satisfaction and loyalty. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will represent the customers’ interests within Vodafone and manage the entire in-life IoT service experience. Your responsibilities will also include providing a governance layer over IoT Operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
You’ll be part of the Internet of Things Team—a technically skilled group of experts with strong communication abilities—who deliver dedicated in-life consultancy to Vodafone’s most important premium customers around the world.
What you'll do:
Acts as the dedicated key contact for VFs biggest strategic IoT customer(s) globallyManages the customer relationship at the senior management levelOwn service review meetings/QBRs onsiteIs providing proactive IoT technical service managementInitiates and drives service improvements by analysing patterns/recognizing the customers’ needs according to ITIL principles (and able to identify new opportunities)Through the initiated service improvements shaping the whole IoT operational serviceInitiating/completing/approving new processes which have an impact on the dedicated customer’s solution
What you will bring to our team:
Fluent English and German language knowledgeExcellent IoT technical knowledge (Operations and/or Service Management experience supporting managed WAN, LAN, SDN, Security(and other networking technologies) services.)ITIL v3 Foundation CertificationExcellent negotiations and communications skillsExcellent coordination skills, customer-focused approach (able to nurture and influence customer relationships at all levelsAnalytical, constructive mindset (Experienced in data analysis: able to interpret complex datasets, identify trends and communicate clearly)Solution-oriented (Drives improvements to business processes with a can-do attitude when working in a demanding and challenging environment)
