Global Investment Banking - IPO - Analyst, Hong Kong

As an analyst in Hong Kong IPO Team under Global Investment Banking, You will work with expert professionals at the heart of a leading global investment bank. Senior bankers will get to know you - both as a person and as a valued member of a winning team. Job Responsibilities:

Advising clients on the IPO process, including regulatory requirements, market conditions, and strategic considerations. Conducting thorough due diligence on the company seeking to go public, including financial analysis, business model evaluation, and risk assessment. Preparing and reviewing necessary documentation for the IPO, such as the prospectus, financial statements, and regulatory filings. Assisting in the valuation of the company and determining the appropriate pricing for the IPO shares. Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Managing the execution of the IPO, including coordinating with various stakeholders such as legal advisors, auditors, and underwriters.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills: 

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or other related fields. Minimum 1 year of work experience in an investment banking front office, or related role. Close attention to detail and ability to deliver output of a very high standard Ability to work independently Strong communication and written skills in English and Chinese Ability to deliver quality under pressure Strong emphasis on good partnership, and a control-conscious team-working environment Demonstrate self-motivation and initiation, with a strong desire to learn the business and go the extra mile Strong analytical bend of mind and expert handling of MS Office suite products

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Awareness of investment banking solutions, regulatory backdrop, and services is a plus
