For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in an analytical subject area, finances, business, Supply Chain or related field Minimum five years' proven experience in Inventory Management from Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Planning perspective, preferably in a high mix/low volume environment Knowledge on inventory management and planning Advanced analytical skills and experience working with large data sets Effective presentation and communication skills Legal authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: APICS / ASCM or equivalent certification preferred Good understanding of SIOP processes and the role of inventory planning within SIOP Organizational Change Leadership experience in a heavily matrixed organization MBA is helpful Travel expectations up to 10% Experience with Oracle Suite preferred Business acumen and knowledge in finances Our Culture & Commitment to You:At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow. Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $92,300- $126,500 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
