JP Morgan Chase & Co.’s Operations & Intelligence Fusion Center is a joint initiative between Global Security (GS) and Cybersecurity Technology & Controls (CTC) to integrate intelligence and global operations on threats that cross physical and cyber security lines. The Fusion Center enables continuous collaboration via co-location of GS’s Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) and CTC’s Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC). The Fusion Center also provides a critical shared leadership hub for the Chief Security Officer, Chief Information Security Officer and members of their senior leadership teams.
As a Engagements Lead within the Global Intelligence team, you will report to the Fusion Center Operations Manager, and responsible for the set-up and execution of the Fusion Center’s client engagement program. You will have experience presenting to C-Level audiences, be familiar with the firm’s security posture, and have a degree of familiarity with both the physical and cyber intelligence requirements of a large multinational corporation.
The position is based in New York City, requiring in-office (not remote) daily attendance in order to work closely with internal partners and manage the operations of the Fusion Center day-to-day.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a client engagement program for the Fusion Center Create presentations and client engagement materials, including managing agenda and communications for leadership meetings Build and maintain management system for internal and external visits to the Fusion Center Work with relationship mangers to enhance the outcome for client visit Build Fusion Center internal communications strategy Develop and regularly report on impact metrics for the Fusion Center Manage review process for programmatic and operational governance Formalize and track GS and CTC joint operational cadences and workflows Support regular production of senior management updates on Fusion Center development, activities and engagement Perform regular intelligence/case management technology gap assessments Lead processes and process change in a priority-driven environmentRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
7+ years relevant professional experience working in a fusion or security operations center setting, with at least 3 years of management experience Demonstrated exposure to intelligence cycles related to physical and/or cyber security threats. Experience in leading large projects, with focus on program governance and documentation of procedures. Demonstrated experience liaising with Legal and Compliance functions, or their equivalent. Ability to manage programs in a demanding customer environment that may require off-hours responses. Experience developing presentations and client engagement material Experience in developing and handling executive communication (written and verbal), with demonstrated negotiation and influence skills with all levels of an organization and in multiple geographies simultaneously. Experience with the vendor management lifecycle. Familiarity with ArcGIS or other mapping tools, as well as proficiency with MS Office suite and data visualization tools. Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain high-level relationships and serve in a leadership role in the Fusion Center. Undergraduate degree in Political Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Cyber Security, or related discipline required
