We’re looking for a Global Infrastructure Manager to lead and evolve our IT infrastructure strategy across the U.S. and Latin America (Brazil, Chile, Colombia).
In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on technical knowledge to guide our infrastructure team and deliver secure, scalable, and reliable systems across regions. In this role, a typical day will look like:
Provide strong leadership to an IT team, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance standards. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.Develop, maintain and provide IT infrastructures services inclusive of Data Center, Networking (Switches, Routers, and Active Directory), Server Administration (Storage, Backup & Recovery, Disaster Recovery), Operating Systems (Installations, Upgrades, and Patching), Security/Firewalls, Telecommunications, Videoconferencing, Audio Visual and Printer supportPartner with Water Quality and Veralto teams to enable ChemTreat’s networking priorities (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls) Partner with Veralto Global Security to enable ChemTreat’s security priorities (e.g., vulnerability management, etc.) Maintain and optimize infrastructure monitoringManage and maintain infrastructure goals and metricsInvestigate infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis and develop remediation processes to avoid recurrenceEstablish and enforce infrastructure-related standards and best practices; document procedures or standard work to ensure consistent operationsManage 3rd party vendor relationships and projectsThe essential requirements of the job include:

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
