Job Summary:

Global Information Services (GIS) Business Analyst is responsible for supporting in-house developed GIS applications for all regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC and Tokyo). This role will have both business-as-usual tasks such as customer hierarchy maintenance, data transfers and reconciliations as well as project implementations to enhance the system or fix problems as they arise.

Major Responsibilities:

Help Global Information Services Data and Reporting team to implement strategic initiativesWork closely with different stakeholders to maintain the data integritySupporting day-to-day management of the global data transfers between multiple customer databases and any projects related to global data framework, any issues with the data loaders and transfer portalsOther Ad-hoc reporting/Documentation to support business partnersAbility to understand system functions and logicConduct business testing of applicationTo mediate between IT and Business users for application bugs and new feature requirements

Qualifications

Finance, computer or data science or any other relevant engineering degree4-6 years of experience as Business and Data Analyst in financial industry preferablyStrong analytical and quantitative skills. Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, VBA (Macro scripting), Power BI skills - (preferred)Banking or consultancy experience with extensive background in Microsoft Technologies, Project Management etc.Understanding of corporate banking products such as credit loans, supply chain business, securitization, project finance etc. is preferredMust have solid communication skills to communicate clearly and effectivelyExperience working with developers as business liaisonAbility to troubleshoot complex data issues using SQLFlexibility to support calls with head office and other regions as needed

The typical base pay range for this role is between $121K - $146K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
