What You'll Do

Join our driven, highly collaborative team that’s redefining how HR operates at BCG today. Our HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) is growing and is made up of HR professionals across three hubs (India, Costa Rica, and Portugal) delivering centralized and efficient support for our HR processes.

We advance HR at BCG, managing the full employee lifecycle with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service quality. Our team and technology enable efficiency gains, helping HR teams reduce administrative burden and focus on strategic work. We deliver measurable outcomes—faster response times, greater consistency, and improved employee experience. As we continue to scale and streamline HR at BCG, you’ll be part of a global team that’s setting the standard for operational excellence in HR.

 

You will be a part of our Global HR Shared Service Center (HRSSC) supporting our regional and local HR teams and employees worldwide with HR administrative tasks across the employee lifecycle. As an HR Assistant, you will work closely with our Global HR Operations Center of Excellence to ensure accurate employment documentation and compliance.
The primary focus of this role is to efficiently perform defined HR processes, maintain employee data (e.g. personal data, job, promotion, compensation, leaves of absence, education, background history, etc.), and respond to routine queries. Accuracy, compliance, and the ability to learn new tasks are essential.

What You'll Bring

A graduation degreeB2+ or higher level of English communicationB2+ or higher level of Portuguese communication1-3+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services or multi-national companyKnowledge of Workday (preferred) or another ERP systemExperience in Global HR Operations, HR Shared Services or a process-based roleProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)The ability to work in a highly matrixed organization with flexibility to support a diverse, international set of stakeholders
