Global HR Business Partner (f/m/d) Finance

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

In your role as a Global HR BP for Finance, you understand the respective priorities and needs of the units, to develop global HR strategies together with the leaders, and ensure their implementation in collaboration with your HR colleagues in the regions and competence centers.You support the further development of the units, lead the HR-relevant part of strategic projects, and accompany organizational development.You work with the Finance leadership teams to promote global talent development and drive cultural change.Your area of responsibility also includes building a stable succession pipeline and filling key positions.You coach and support leaders regarding their leadership effectiveness and changes in the work environment.You develop targeted solutions for defined HR topics and projects within the Finance organization and support their implementation.You lead complex and international projects based on current and long-term strategic HR challenges.

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a university degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.You have extensive and relevant long-term professional experience, either in a management consultancy or within the HR department of an international corporation, if possible, with connection to Finance.In addition, you possess in-depth experience in global project management activities and are capable of independently developing strategic concepts and leading their implementation.You have extensive international experience in a matrix-driven environment and impress with your proven ability to develop and successfully implement strategies and concepts.You have a strong understanding of the HR portfolio, including programs, processes, and IT tools (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, People & Leadership Development, etc.).You conduct data analyses independently and prepare insights in a format tailored to specific target audiences.You are capable of collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of management and leading them toward shared outcomes.

Fluency in German and English enables you to operate successfully in an international context.You proactively address issues and, with your consulting and coaching skills and HR expertise, contribute to the development of leaders and organizational units and the successful implementation of changes.You can demonstrate your entrepreneurial and strategic thinking in business meetings and in deriving HR strategies and initiatives.You possess excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, and have experience with presentations and discussions at the executive level.You have strong project management experience and the ability to translate business needs into successful HR initiatives.You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills.You are detail-oriented and structured, with a clear understanding of global interdependence.You are characterized by an independent working style, flexibility, and a strong team spirit, and you successfully deliver projects in our agile work environment.You can set priorities and manage changing timelines and priorities effectively.You demonstrate high social competence and team spirit.You are a communicative individual who enjoys working with diverse partners and interfaces, can adopt and explain different perspectives clearly and understandably.You are naturally able to build trustful relationships and inspire, influence, engage, and coach others.
