Global HR Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic Global HR Business Partner for one of our global divisions to act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the executives and (senior) leaders across multiple countries. You will own and drive the strategic people agenda for the division and work at the intersection of strategy and execution for all relevant HR topics.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a trusted advisor to the executives and senior leaders to co-create people solutions that directly accelerate business transformation. Define, own, and drive the strategic people vision for the assigned division in alignment with the overall division strategy and people agenda. Lead change management efforts to align leadership, culture, and organizational structure with the company’s strategic goals. Translate strategic business priorities into actionable HR plans and be responsible for the rollout of complex global HR programs (e.g., succession planning, performance management, talent retention, total rewards), in close alignment with our HR functions. Handle complex, large-scale global HR workstreams and projects, such as M&A integrations, organizational transformations, and digitalization. Consult and coach (senior) leaders through transformation, change, and uncertainty. Partner with the senior leadership team and deeply understand the business model, market pressures, and strategic objectives to successfully guide business and organizational decisions from HR perspective.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. 10+ years of international HR experience, including senior and strategic HR Business Partner and Center of Excellence roles in global, matrixed organizations, combined with functional leadership experience. Proven track record of delivering large-scale HR initiatives with measurable business impact and in fast-paced, transformational environments. Deep expertise in organizational dynamics, talent management, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, change management. Executive presence and exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills at the executive level. Strong cultural awareness, adaptability, and ability to influence across diverse teams and countries. Strategic thinker combined with a hands-on, can-do attitude. Fluency in English and Czech; German is a plus.
