Job description:
**An overview of the role:**
We are seeking a visionary and results driven executive to lead the global transformation of our **Cybersecurity Go to Market (GTM)** strategy across **Cloud and Infrastructure Services** . As the **Global Head of Partnerships & Transformation** , you will be responsible for reimagining how cybersecurity GTM is positioned, delivered and scaled in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence and deep domain experience in cybersecurity GTM.

**Your Responsibilities**
+ _Strategic Transformation Leadership_ ·Lead the global transformation program for cybersecurity GTM across cloud and infrastructure services·Align transformation initiatives with business growth objectives, client needs and emerging market trends·Define partner strategy to improve joint GTM _Operating Model & Process Redesign_ ·Re-engineer GTM processes, solutioning frameworks and delivery models to improve agility, scalability and customer impact·Leverage extensive network of partners to increase joint sales and marketing activities _Cross Functional Collaboration_ ·Partner with product, sales, marketing, delivery and partner ecosystem teams to drive unified transformation efforts·Act as a change agent across global business units to embed cybersecurity into every stage of the cloud and infrastructure lifecycle _Innovation & Enablement_ ·Drive innovation in how cybersecurity services are packaged, sold and delivered – leveraging automation, AI and platform-based approaches·Lead enablement programs to upskill GTM teams on new cybersecurity capabilities, cloud native architectures and customer-centric value propositions
**Key requirements**
· Extensive experience in cybersecurity or GTM transformational leadership roles
· Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs in global, matrixed organisations
· Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure modernisation
· Strong business acumen with an ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
· Executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation and change management skills
· Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred

· Experience with digital transformation frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Lean, Agile, ITIL)
· Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance and risk management standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
