About the Role:
We are looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking Global Head of Marketing to lead our global team. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will shape and deliver marketing strategy across digital, content, demand generation, brand, communications, and customer engagement.
This is a pivotal role for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited by the evolving landscape of B2B marketing, including the opportunities presented by AI and digital personalisation.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and deliver customer-centric messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
+ Lead demand generation strategies to grow pipeline and revenue.
+ Shape brand and content strategy in alignment with business goals.
+ Inspire and support a diverse, high-performing marketing team.
+ Build strong marketing operations to enable efficient, personalised, omnichannel engagement.
+ Use data and insights to measure and optimise marketing performance.
+ Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive shared success.
Requirements
+ Proven experience leading B2B marketing teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
+ Strong background in software, data, or technology sectors (B2C experience also welcome).
+ Expertise in value-based messaging and customer lifecycle marketing.
+ Experience with marketing operations, automation, analytics, and CRM tools.
+ Ability to adapt to change, embrace innovation, and lead with empathy and clarity.
+ Commitment to continuous learning and inclusive leadership.
