Global Head of FCC Programs

1.    Assisting with the implementation and sustainability of the overall FCC program, including record retention and reporting requirements under the BSA, USA PATRIOT Act and OFAC requirements (and international equivalents).


2.    Assisting with the development and implementation of the FCC strategy and maintenance of a dynamic FCC framework that supports the ongoing enhancement of the program in response to regulatory change and shifting client, product and service trends.


3.    Pro-actively identifying regulatory risks; taking corrective action to implement solutions to improve control effectiveness.


4.    Assisting with the enhancement and maintenance of the AML and economic sanctions risk assessments.


5.    Assisting with the enhancement and maintenance of the client risk rating methodology.


6.    Providing advice and support on current and new business initiatives, policies and procedures, control structures and regulatory matters.


7.    Assisting with the regulatory change management process for FCC.  


8.    Assisting with the enhancement and maintenance of the global Financial Crimes Compliance training program consistent with organizational needs and industry best practices, including the annual training modules for AML and Economic Sanctions.


9.    Assisting with the enhancement of management reporting for various committees.


10.    Managing multiple projects and meet timely deadlines.

This position reports to the Global Head of Financial Crimes Compliance. 

Salary Range:

$171,700 - 300,500 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
