We’re looking for an experienced global Engagement & Internal Communications professional with a dedicated focus on AI to join our team. Based in India and collaborating closely with global counterparts around the world, you’ll lead how we talk about AI inside the organization - from inspiring innovation to building understanding and adoption of AI tools across our teams.

**What You’ll Do**
This role will:
+ Lead the global internal communications strategy and implementation for AI, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with business priorities.
+ Act as a strategic advisor to AI leaders and a trusted voice for senior leaders navigating change and transformation.
+ Work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, with the Global Gen AI Office, IT, People and Culture teams, Marketing, External Communications and AI Business teams. Through this partnership, ensure an integrated AI communications approach and narrative, to drive alignment and people-first communications.
+ Maintain an integrated editorial calendar and partner with internal comms leads globally to align timelines and amplify impact.
+ Bring our AI story to life, from milestone achievements and internal pilots to client and industry partnerships, by crafting compelling narratives that resonate with all levels of the organization.
+ Build on our existing AI campaigns by generating compelling future campaigns and experiences that connect employees to our AI vision and priorities (e.g: promoting our Gen AI Learning Academy.
+ Create high-impact content and leverage a modern mix of channels (digital, live, visual) to deliver tailored communications experiences.
+ Champion storytelling best practices that make technical topics accessible, inspiring, and inclusive for diverse audiences.
+ Use data and feedback to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize our approach.

**Skills & Attributes**
+ Strategic, creative thinker with a deep curiosity for, and experience in, AI and a knack for simplifying the complex.
+ Excellent writer and communicator who can craft messages that inform, inspire, and mobilize.
+ Empathy and audience awareness - you tailor your messages to resonate with people from different backgrounds and disciplines.
+ Strong planning and prioritization skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
+ Collaborative spirit and high accountability - you lead by example and bring energy to team dynamics.
+ A champion of innovation and continuous learning, with a strong eye for detail and quality.
+ Experienced in using communication tools and platforms such as Poppulo, SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint and ideally already an avid user of AI tools and platforms in a global enterprise environment.
**Experience**
+ 7+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within a tech-forward or innovation-focused organization.
+ 1-2 years of experience or a strong understanding of emerging AI concepts, trends, and how they impact employees and business strategy.
+ Track record of advising and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed, global environment.
+ Proven success in designing and executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.
+ Comfortable working across cultures and time zones with sensitivity and agility.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field preferred but we’re more interested in what you’ve done than where you’ve studied.
