Global GRIDS Administrator / Analyst
Reinsurance Solutions uses a proprietary global platform called GRIDS to manage all reinsurance business. As part of our team, you’ll help manage GRIDS data and access for new hires, transfers, changes, and terminations—ensuring everything aligns with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance standards. Don’t worry if you’re new to reinsurance or GRIDS—we’ll provide training to get you up to speed on the essentials. What we do need is someone with strong Excel, customer service skills, who’s confident working with internal clients, IT developers, and auditors. What the day will look like In your daily work you will be responsible for: + Entering SOX Compliant, accurate and detailed information in the Employee Role Security Application (ERS), the backbone of GRIDS ensuring Quality Assurance for GRIDS Access. + Monitoring 4 regional mailboxes (on a schedule) where individual requests arrive + Take action on various Workday Reports each week for Hires, Terminations and Transfers. + Obtain proper approval from designated Authorized Approvers to ensure that all SOX regulations and rules are being followed for data and access and segregation of duties requirements are being met. + Complete assignments for the annual Sarbanes Oxley Role and Segregation of Duties Review + Respond to EY, GSS and SOX Auditor walk through and audit requests throughout the year as well as Aon Internal Audit requests.
