Kraft Heinz Global Go-To-Market Intern – Activation Focus
We have an excellent opportunity available for an enthusiastic Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference in the Global Go to Market team at Kraft Heinz!
The position
This internship will support the Global Go-To-Market Activation team, working closely with global stakeholders across all Kraft Heinz Zones. The GTM team operates as a center of excellence, responsible for developing, sharing, and scaling best practices that strengthen commercial execution worldwide.
The Activation team specifically focuses on helping our markets improve the quality, speed, and impact of in-store and in-market execution, driving excellence through tools, data, and processes that ensure our brands are activated with excellence at the point of sale.

Tasks throughout the internship could include:
Supporting the development, maintenance, and optimization of key Activation tools, processes, and reporting dashboards. Conducting data analysis and drawing actionable insights to improve in-store and in-market execution performance. Assisting in the preparation of training materials, toolkits, and playbooks for GTM activation strategies. Helping drive benchmarking activities and sharing best practices across different markets. Supporting the team in project management activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met with quality and efficiency. Collaborating with global and zone stakeholders to track performance, report progress, and help drive improvements. Providing day-to-day operational support to the Global Go-To-Market team, which may include scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics for events or trainings, supporting onboarding processes, handling basic administrative tasks, and helping organize team moments.Qualifications:
Job requirements
You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship. You are nearing the end of your bachelor’s degree or pursuing your master’s degree. Strong analytical skills and interest in data-driven environments (Excel and/or Power BI experience is a plus). Solid communication skills in English, both written and spoken.EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).
