We are looking for a Manager, Global FP&A, to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

Are You: 

 Someone who possesses strong financial modeling and analysis skills with previous experience in a complex environment (multi-geography/currency, balance sheet and cash flow focused, etc.)? A good communicator who can explain financial concepts and analysis to stakeholders and can partner effectively with all levels of the organization?

As the Manager, Global FP&A, you will be responsible for maintaining Element’s global forecasting models, analyzing data, and effectively communicating results to stakeholders.

A Day in the Life  

Managing Element’s global forecasting models in OneStream and MS Excel including balance sheet and cash flow statementsCoordinate forecast submissions across the business, ensuring alignment and a single source of truthPerform various analysis in finalizing and presenting forecasts (variance analysis, roll forwards, and continuities)Assist with the monthly operating review and prepare the Board and other presentationsOther ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related area; Master’s Degree and/or accounting designation preferred7+ years of finance experience in an FP&A roleStrong knowledge of balance sheet and income statements and their relationshipPrior experience developing strategic finance plans for business implementationsProficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Previous public company experience is a strong assetOneStream or another planning tool’s experience a strong asset

The hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 to $136,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
