Qualifications & Experience

Advanced degree in business, finance, architecture, engineering or related field, with specialized knowledge of financial services operations15+ years of progressive leadership experience with demonstrable expertise in financial services real estate strategy and implementationProven track record of cultivating and expanding enterprise relationships with global financial institutionsSophisticated understanding of how physical environment impacts operational performance, regulatory compliance, and talent strategies in financial servicesExtensive global network across financial services real estate and facilities leadershipDemonstrated mastery of project governance methodologies, with Six Sigma and PMP certifications considered advantageousExceptional analytical capabilities with experience translating complex data into actionable strategic insights

This transformational leadership role offers the opportunity to shape JLL's global financial services strategy while delivering measurable impact for the world's leading financial institutions.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

260,669.00 – 352,670.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
