Global Facility Strategist

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Facility Management Strategist, you will shape and manage the overall strategy for Facility Management across the H&M Group store portfolio. Your work will ensure exceptional customer experiences in our stores, aligning with our brands expectations. You’ll lead initiatives that optimize performance, reduce energy consumption, and enhance operational excellence across regions and markets.

The site portfolio contains 3.600 sites, 8 Brands, 9 Regions and 78 Countries. The FM scope include Hard FM Services - Building system management. Soft FM Services - Cleaning, waste management and other non-technical maintenance services and Energy Management

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and establish the Group’s FM strategy and relevant KPIs. Monitor results, benchmark performance and identify improvement opportunities with stakeholders globally, in regionally and in local markets.Provide forums and trainings and share best practices to stakeholders to ensure alignment with H&M Group routines, guidelines, and customer experience strategy. As an example, lead the energy forum, including our Reginal Energy Specialists, towards our energy reduction targets for our store portfolio.Collaborate closely with C&F teams in Regions/Markets, traveling as needed to provide support.In close collaboration with the Retail C&F team, The Brand (Customer Experience), Store development and Market teams, identify priorities and streamline FM ways of working.Develop, update and maintain FM standards, guidelines and tools.Securing relevant asset data and asset plans and build capex and Opex prognosis and scenarios.Deliver trend development reports as well as to highlight and drive "call-to-action" initiatives to optimize the FM delivery.

WHO YOU ARE

You are a strategic and data driven, with a passion for operational efficiency and excellence. You thrive in a global, fast-paced environment and are skilled at building strong relationships across diverse teams. You have a background within business development or key account management

You have -

University degree in Facility Management, Economics, and/or Engineering.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within Facility Management.Strong analytical abilities and understanding of FM asset management/plans.Experience working with FM systems.Strong understanding of project management, financial analysis, budget preparation.Experience in an international, matrix organization with multiple stakeholders and seniority levels.Strong communication skills, proficiency in written and spoken English.Ability to guide and inspire others.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
