The Global Experience Specialist plays a critical role in translating strategic experience programs into applicable workstreams. You will support the Global Experience Leader and Product Owners by managing the execution layer of experience delivery. You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about delivering seamless, data-informed customer experiences across platforms.
You will report to the Director, Digital Commerce Experience.
Main Responsibilities
Backlog Management: Own and maintain the team backlog, ensuring it reflects current priorities and our needs.User Story Development: Write, refine, and prioritize user stories that promote our requirements and customer value.Team Planning: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile ceremonies in collaboration with teams.Requirement Translation: Translate our requirements and strategic direction from Global Experience Leaders and Product Owners into executable user stories.Dependency Management: Manage data, platform, and cross-team dependencies to ensure and coordinated delivery.Team member Collaboration: Guide communication between experience strategy and delivery teams, ensuring understanding and transparency.Continuous Improvement: Monitor delivery outcomes and contribute to retrospectives and process enhancements.Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital product, customer experience, or Agile delivery roles.Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all stakeholders.Translate complex needs into clear, applicable tasks.Experience working in global or matrixed organizations.Our Offer
