You will lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring brand consistency and maximum engagement, reporting on effectiveness. + Content Creation: You will create authentic videos, imagery, blog articles and social media campaigns that showcase real colleague experiences across the globe. + Social Media: Expand IHG Careers’ presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok with targeted, creative campaigns. + Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver impactful employer brand projects and initiatives. **What You’ll Bring:** + Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related creative role. + Strong writing and content creation skills with a keen eye for design. + Confidence in managing campaigns from start to finish. + A collaborative “can-do” mindset, creative drive, and the ability to shine in a global environment.
