Global E-commerce Intern **Global E-commerce Intern at COTY Consumer Beauty** **Start date: September 2025 – 6-month Internship Contract - Based in Amsterdam – Coty HQ** Join COTY Consumer Beauty as Global E-commerce Coordinator and become part of our global eCommerce team, reporting directly to the Senior Global eCommerce Manager. This internship offers you the chance to: · Discover the dynamic world of eRetail and strengthen your knowledge of the beauty industry · Contribute to the growth of leading brands in a global eCommerce environment · Develop essential project coordination and stakeholder management skills In this role, you’ll support the global execution and tracking of product content across key e-retail platforms for iconic brands such as Covergirl, Rimmel, Max Factor, Bourjois, and Sally Hansen. Key missions in the role include the below; missions may vary based on business needs: 1. Drive Global eCommerce Reporting & Conversion Projects; working hand in hand with the Senior Global Ecommerce Manager and key stakeholders (Brands and Markets) to accelerate Coty online growth (SEO, Rating & Reviews, Assortment Expansion) 2. Ensure perfect execution of Coty Consumer Beauty brands on e-Retail sites · Work closely with the Global agency & brands to ensure all projects are on track & best-in-class · Conduct regular brand audits & support local Coty teams when needed · Build report on Global CARS performances & set up action plans · Encourage engagement between the Global & Local teams 3. Build competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across e-retailers, competitors, and share expertise to inspire Global Brand teams and Markets on the future of e-Commerce 4. Support in ad-hoc request: DAM/ PIM, Leadership reporting, new retailer activations. Who we’re looking for: We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented intern with a passion for eCommerce and beauty. Ideally, you will have: · Enrollment in a university in the European Union and prior experience in digital or eRetail (internships or coursework) · Driven mindset & motivated to learn and develop a large skillset · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Confidence in working with multiple stakeholders and building relationships · A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn . Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus · Solid proficiency in Outlook and PowerPoint (creative and technical capability) With this full-time internship for 6 months (40 hrs/week) at Coty, you will also get: .
