Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler's cloud transformation to the world. We're looking for an experienced **Regional Director of Sales** to join our Global Speciality Sales team. The **Regional Director of Sales** will lead a our EMEA & APJ teams driving the adoption and growth of Zscaler’s ZT Cloud portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing and scaling the sales function for ZT Cloud products, including Workload-to-Workload communication, Workload-to-Internet security, and Micro-segmentation. Travel is required to meet with teams, partners, and customers. Reporting to the Global Vice President of ZT Cloud Sales. **Responsibilities:** + Developing global go-to-market strategies for ZT Cloud, aligning with Zscaler’s overall corporate goals. + Driving top-line growth by increasing product adoption and expanding into new markets. + Recruiting, hiring and developing world-class sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep, and coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targets + Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and engineering, to align initiatives and market positioning. + Representing Zscaler ZT Cloud in executive-level customer engagements and industry events. + Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales pipeline health, revenue targets, and personnel development. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Proven sales leadership experience: At least 8 years in global enterprise software sales, with hands-on experience managing large, distributed sales and technical teams. + Direct expertise in cybersecurity sales: Demonstrated success selling cloud-based security solutions, ideally focused on Zero Trust approaches. + Track record of exceeding sales targets: Candidate needs a history of driving revenue growth and hitting aggressive global targets. + Strategic enterprise selling skills: Ability to engage C-suite executives and build trusted advisor relationships with strategic enterprise accounts. + Operational expertise: Experience in designing and managing sales processes and forecasting tools on a global scale. + Deep understanding of cloud technologies: Familiarity with security challenges and solutions for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Knowledge of vertical industries: Insight into industry-specific challenges (e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology) for cloud security solutions. + Public speaking and thought leadership: Confidence in presenting Zscaler ZT Cloud solutions at conferences, webinars, and industry events. + Experience leading teams: Proven ability to manage both culturally and geographically diverse teams; expertise in team building and retention strategies. + Financial and operational acumen: Proficiency in structuring deals, managing budgets, and analyzing ROI of go-to-market initiatives. + Knowledge of competitor landscape: Familiarity with other Zero Trust solutions (e.g., Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, or CrowdStrike) and how to strategically position Zscaler against them. + Visionary mindset: Ability to foresee future trends in cloud security and communicate how ZT Cloud can evolve in response. **\#LI-MM5** **\#LI-Hybrid** At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
