Global Digital Marketing SpecialistJoin Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Global Digital Marketing Specialist and embrace an outstanding opportunity to craft and implement flawless digital marketing strategies. Drive world-class campaigns that accelerate customer acquisition and improve online conversion rates! Collaborate closely with global market development and product management teams to closely evaluate and successfully implement digital marketing initiatives.
What will you do?
Plan and coordinate strategic digital campaigns to drive business results with a focus on return on investment (ecommerce/order generation)Collaborate with internal marketing teams to identify and meet requirements to ensure process adherence for timely execution of digital campaignsOffer suggestions based on standard methodologies for channels/platforms and guide data-driven decisions to support successful campaignsIdentify critical metrics benchmarks and targets to effectively measure, track, and report on campaign delivery and performanceAnalyze front-end and post-click metrics and trends to inform campaign optimizationsAssist in planning and implementing A/B experiments and conversion tests with new, emerging digital capabilitiesOther related projects or duties may be assigned as neededMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:BS degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent experienceExperience/ Skills/Knowledge:Minimum 3-5 years working experience in digital marketing in B2C or B2B environments to drive eCommerce and lead generationScientific background or experience preferred to ensure the accurate positioning of marketing messaging and contentExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work successfully in a team environmentExperience in identifying digital target audiences to leverage and nurture across organic & paid socialExperience managing ecommerce paid search campaigns, preferably for businesses/verticals with a high volume of product SKUsSkilled in self-serving within web analytic and data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics and PowerBIExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work successfully in a team environmentExperience working in a highly matrixed environmentOur Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
