We are a "Connecting Company," driven by a common purpose, a strong spirit, shared behaviors, great character, and an unwavering focus on clients - Power of One Overview As a Global Digital Lead you would be leading a robust team that is in charge of: Implementation all digital activity run across 30+ markets around the world Pushes the bounds of digital thinking for the client in a strategic, efficient, and innovative way Manages the full process, from briefing to campaign completion Responsibilities Lead the client´s digital global vision and strategy by working with a team of experts to keep the client´s digital media activity at the forefront in all digital disciplines Work with data analytics leadership to help build the framework for our automated global reporting platform Drive a global network of markets to understand and implement the Client´s global digital vision, process and KPIs in their digital teams and plans across multiple brands and products Being constantly appraised of technology developments in order to deliver the most innovative, competitive, and breakthrough approaches in the digital space Become a trusted resource for the client and drive the shift from operational excellence to strategic digital partner Dealing with quality control of the agencies output – response to briefs, content projects, practices execution, etc. prior to being sent to client Handling Local and International coordination and troubleshooting as required, including training teams around the globe on internal processes Ensuring the ideas are high quality, inspirational, game changing and help our clients deliver their brands ambitions in the ever-changing media marketplace Constantly communicating with both our clients and our teams to ensure connectivity globally Working closely with the global client lead to keep them updated on pertinent activities taking place digitally Conduct regular reviews with client to provide them information related to key topics in the digital space such as brand safety, ad fraud, viewability, etc and manage brand performance in these areas Collaborate with client and key media partners to develop joint business plans (JBPs) that align with objectives Qualifications University degree and 10+ years of experience managing clients in the digital advertising environment Knowledge and use of the tools/sources in the digital advertising space Expertise across digital disciplines: Display, SEM, SEO, Commerce, Affiliation, Social and Programmatic Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills Additional information What we offer: Learning & Development: a personalized learning journey, with an individual approach tailored to your needs – always on!
