Here’s the scoop - Summary

At Champion Pet Foods we are on an exciting Global Digital Transformation Journey.  We are seeking a strategic leader to shape and execute a best-in-class digital experience across all global markets. The Global Digital Brand Experience Manager role will lead the development of scalable, customer-centric digital strategies that enhance brand engagement and deliver measurable business impact. Partnering closely with cross-functional and regional teams, the role ensures brand consistency across all digital touchpoints—including websites, mobile platforms, social media, and CRM—while optimizing for local relevance.   

This individual will lead the global management of brand websites, ensuring excellence in user experience (UX), search engine optimization (SEO), and regulatory compliance. They will also leverage first-party data, digital tools, and CRM platforms to deliver personalized, insight-driven experiences. By extracting actionable insights from analytics platforms and staying ahead of emerging trends, the role will continuously identify opportunities to innovate and evolve Champion Petfoods' global digital ecosystem.

What a typical day looks like

Global Digital Strategy: Lead the development and execution of scalable global digital experience strategies supporting the Digital Transformation RoadmapDigital Ecosystem Ownership: Lead the strategic development and operational oversight of global brand websites, ensuring optimal UX, SEO performance, and content relevance and governance across markets.Data Strategy:  Develop a 1st party data strategy and CRM roadmap to deepen consumer relationships, enable data-driven personalization, and support audience segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies across the digital ecosystem.Content Excellence:  Lead the creation and optimization of digital campaigns, content, and assets to support brand goals, ensure unified brand identity, and deliver measurable impact.Global Community: Partner closely with regional marketing, building strong relationships and optimizing processes to support collaboration and information sharing.Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to assess performance, uncover insights, and continuously optimize digital experiencesDigital Innovation: Monitor emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation that elevate the digital brand experience and drive competitive advantage globally.Team Culture & Growth Mindset: Foster a collaborative, curious, and creative team culture by building strong internal partnerships and promoting a growth-oriented mindset within Champion and the broader Mars Pet Nutrition Digital community.

What you'll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Design, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing,  or UX/UI design with a focus on digital platforms.Proven experience managing end-to-end digital brand experiences, from strategy through execution. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).A deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.Excellent project management skills able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage cross-time-zone stakeholders, and prioritize impact over activityStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally, respecting cultural nuancesA balance of creative thinking and strategic insight, with strong attention to detail and the ability to drive innovative digital experiences.Results-driven, proficient in web analytics, CRM data (1P/2P), A/B testing, customer journey analysis, and optimization techniques.Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, analytics tools, social media management, and marketing automation platforms).

  US: $80,000-$110,000 USD annual salary, annual bonus eligibility, and 401k with company matching.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, if eligible, including variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.  Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offered and the employee’s work schedule (i.e., part-time schedule, store associate).  Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
