This opportunity is within the People and Culture organization. Roche's People & Culture organization contains six chapters, one of which is People & Organizational Growth. The P&OG Chapter enables dynamic organizations, leaders who unlock possibilities, and self authoring growth for all. We do this by focusing on organization design and development, leadership development, people development and diversity and inclusion. P&OG is organized in three Areas of Practice.

The Opportunity:

The Global Design & Curation Area of Practice provides expertise and collaboration to design & curate cutting-edge, high impact and sustainable learning experiences for all customer segments at Roche, supporting the agile ways of working and learning and supporting Roche’s 2030 Ambitions. The position of Global Design for Leadership & People Development is part of the Global Design & Curation Area of Practice.

As a Global Design for Leadership & People Development, you will:

create design leadership and people development solutions from a global perspective, supporting the company's 10-year ambitions, strategic directions, and business needs. Ensure these solutions are sensitive to cultural and regional differences, providing an excellent customer learning and development experiencetranslate business strategies and needs into innovative learning & development experiences such as capability development programs and events for leaders and employees at all levels, people practices and performance practices including the appropriate integration of technology, systems & tools for supporting self-authoring growth.seek opportunities for innovation, inspiration and value creation and sense needs and future trends while being open to experimenting and following agile ways of working and new ways of learning and developmentlead design & curation initiatives for multiple expertise areas, e.g. agility and leadership for high performing organization, and making them accessible for a broad audience and direct to various learning and development experiencesact as thought leader in the areas of leadership and people development, staying updated on market trends and being competent in key models and frameworks.following the design thinking approach including needs / gaps analysis, content & testing design, methodologies & technologies decision and metrics definition from and with an end-to end perspectiveensure success measurement, knowledge and solution sharing and connect it with appropriate supporting tools, e.g. internal and external learning platforms, content sharing toolsconnect and build internal relationships with relevant Areas of Practice, Communities and other Chapters as well as various customers and stakeholders in the businesscoach and mentor other experts and P&OG colleagues as required to continuously build capability in the chapter

Who You Are:

Global Design for Leadership & People Development

Bachelor’s Degree in focus business area such as Human Resources, Project Management or equivalent5 years of project management experience in a global environment3 years experience in Human Resources/Learning Services delivery

Global Design Expert for Leadership & People Development

10 years plus experienceMaster’s degree

Preferred Requirements:

Strong global experience working across different business, geographic and cultural environmentsBroad expertise and experience in developing leadership and people development strategies including DE&I aspectsDeep knowledge and broad experience as design lead for development experiences(virtual and classroom), processes, events, curating and directing complex content for various customer segments and various stakeholder management experiences, especially with regards to the global senior leadership audienceExperience with agile and technology-enabled learning and development solutions, demonstrated experience in working in and leading agile and design thinking teamsDigital savviness and expertise in learning & development technologies and digital product development & collaboration platformsProven project and senior stakeholder management skills in a complex and matrix environment, advanced negotiation and influencing skills and decision making competenciesStrategic and system thinking skills and experience in translating strategies into learning and development experiencesProven communication skills, fluent English language skills, other languages a plus
