The Global Demand & IBP Capabilities Lead drives the evolution of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within the Global Supply Chain, enhancing process maturity, analytics, and technology to improve IBP KPIs (MAPE / SPA / OTIF).

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Global Demand & IBP Roadmap to strengthen capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.Drive IBP process adherence & continuous improvement, ensuring best practices and KPI enhancements.Optimize technological enablement through advanced tools, including Kinaxis, ERPs, TM1, and SCOUT (Power BI).Oversee system improvements, including demand planning enhancements, data integrity, and governance.Develop training & onboarding programs to accelerate IBP adoption and business continuity.

 

Impact & Collaboration:

By enhancing IBP processes and tools, this role enables better decision-making, faster issue resolution, improved forecast accuracy, and stronger cross-functional alignment. The role works closely with Global Supply Chain Digital, Demand Planning & IBP teams, Supply Planning CoE, and Advanced Analytics.

 

About You:

Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.7+ years of expertise in Supply Chain, S&OP, and IBP.Skilled in stakeholder management, process design, and project management.Experience with ERP systems, Supply Chain Planning systems, Power BI, and analytics tools.Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
