In your hands_ The **Global Demand & IBP Capabilities Lead** drives the evolution of **Integrated Business Planning (IBP)** within the Global Supply Chain, enhancing process maturity, analytics, and technology to improve IBP KPIs ( **MAPE / SPA / OTIF** ). **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the **Global Demand & IBP Roadmap** to strengthen capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain. + Drive **IBP process adherence & continuous improvement** , ensuring best practices and KPI enhancements. + Optimize **technological enablement** through advanced tools, including Kinaxis, ERPs, TM1, and SCOUT (Power BI). + Oversee **system improvements** , including demand planning enhancements, data integrity, and governance. + Develop **training & onboarding programs** to accelerate IBP adoption and business continuity. **Impact & Collaboration:** By **enhancing IBP processes and tools** , this role enables better decision-making, faster issue resolution, improved forecast accuracy, and stronger cross-functional alignment. The role works closely with **Global Supply Chain Digital, Demand Planning & IBP teams, Supply Planning CoE, and Advanced Analytics** . **About You:** + Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering. + 7+ years of expertise in **Supply Chain, S&OP, and IBP** . + Skilled in **stakeholder management, process design, and project management** . + Experience with **ERP systems, Supply Chain Planning systems, Power BI, and analytics tools** . + Fluent in **English** , with excellent communication and collaboration skills **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
