This dynamic position requires not only effective project management but also alignment with our broader business strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** + Project Management: Drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction by managing strategic projects within Vision Care and Surgical Vision. + Team Leadership & Communication: Lead matrix teams, and demonstration of strong leadership and communication skills in various leadership forums. + Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Vision Regional Directors, project managers, and teams across supply chain and finance. + Process Development: Develop and implement processes to ensure the end-to-end supply chain is informed, engaged, and prepared for successful project execution. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
