Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **Role Overview:** We are looking for a Global Project Manager to support the execution of projects for our Vision Care & Surgical Vision Distribution Centers and Customer Service Call Centers globally. In this role, you will lead projects contributing to our goals and ensuring execution excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** + Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects within Vision Global Deliver, accountable for the successful achievement of project goals. + Team Collaboration: Work with matrix teams, demonstrating effective communication skills and supporting a cooperative environment. + Partnership Development: Build strong working relationships with Vision Regional Directors, project managers, and cross-functional teams in supply chain and finance. + Process Development: Help identify and implement improvement opportunities within existing and new processes. + Risk Management: Support cross-functional teams in identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans. + Project Planning: Develop optimized project plans, including strategies for capital, capacity, and risk management. + Strategic Support: Assist in transitioning between strategic initiatives and tactical tasks, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. + Communication: Prepare monthly and quarterly project updates for the Vision & Supply Chain Leadership Team. + Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by management, contributing to overall team effectiveness. **Qualifications:** **Education:** Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; a master or advanced degree is preferred. **Required Skills:** + 6+ years of business experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. + 3+ years of cumulative experience in a Supply Chain Function + 2+ years of experience in project management. + 2+ years of experience in successfully leading multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment required. + Strong communication and teamwork skills. + Demonstrated matrix management, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. + Ability to build consensus and influence teams without direct authority. + Demonstrated matrix management, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams. **Preferred Skills:** + Familiarity with logistics and analytics. + Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred. + FPX and/or PMP certification is preferred. **Other Requirements:** + May require some travel (up to 10%). Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
