Global DE&I Coordinator (temporary / part-time)

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join gategroup to cover a parental leave. This part-time role (approximately 30%, equivalent to 1–1.5 days per week) is planned to run from January 2026 to June 2026, with potential flexibility to start earlier. The role is based in Zurich and reports directly to the Global Head of ESG.

In this position, you will coordinate and support gategroup’s global DE&I initiatives, with a primary focus on gender equity. Acting as the central point of contact for global DE&I activities, you will collaborate closely with the Global DE&I Ambassador, the Global DE&I Council, and Regional HR Directors to drive engagement and ensure continued progress on key DE&I priorities.

Key responsibilities:

Global DE&I Council coordination

Co-organize and facilitate monthly Global DE&I Council sessions

Prepare agendas, discussion decks, and take/distribute meeting minutes

Track action items and ensure timely follow-up

Together with the Global DE&I Ambassador, host quarterly check-in calls with Regional HR Directors

Identify regional DE&I initiatives that could be scaled globally

Contribute to the implementation of the 2026 Global DE&I Roadmap, tracking milestones and activities as needed to ensure regional alignment

Internal campaign management

Lead the coordination and content planning for the International Women’s Day (IWD) campaign.

Collaborate with Global Communications and Marketing to ensure internal alignment and potential external social media roll out.

Ensure the current role model campaign, featuring different mentors from across the company remains active.

Training deployment

Coordinate the launch of at least one DE&I-related training during the coverage period

Liaise with internal/external partners to ensure smooth rollout and tracking

Qualifications:

Strong project management and organizational skills

Familiarity with DE&I concepts and practices, particularly in a global or multicultural context

Ability to collaborate across regions and functions with clarity and diplomacy

Comfortable working independently and part-time with limited supervision
