CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Global Data Expert. **Type:** Contract **Job Title:** Global Data Expert **Location:** Remote **Pay Rate:** $38.04/hour–$48.67/hour **Work Hours:** M–F 8am–5pm **Education:** Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field **Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Data Expert to join our Requisition to Pay (RTP) Center of Excellence (COE) team. This individual will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Supply Chain Data & KPI Analytics, using their expertise to enhance data validation parameters and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across global business operations. The role requires hands-on experience in ERP systems, analytics tools, and data governance practices, supporting S4HANA ERP global deployments. **Requirements:** • Collaborate in a matrixed team environment of Functional Analysts, Project Data Leads, Value Stream Leads, and Business Data Management Managers • Analyze supply chain data to guide improvements in data validation parameters • Design, implement, and maintain analytics solutions using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Python • Collect, understand, and interpret data from multiple supply chain sources • Identify patterns and trends in complex datasets • Drive the development of systems and processes that enhance data quality and KPI accuracy • Partner with stakeholders to identify and drive improvement opportunities • Lead training and workshops related to data validation and KPI analysis • Ensure compliance with data governance, access management, and corporate policy • Support data validation, integration, and migration efforts • Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs **Required Qualifications:** **Education:** • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field **Qualifications:** • 5+ years of experience in supply chain procurement/planning and analytics • Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4HANA, or PeopleSoft • Demonstrated experience with large data analysis, reporting packages, databases, and programming • Deep knowledge of data visualization and summarization techniques • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data interpretation • Proven ability to communicate complex data in clear, simple terms • Experience with data governance, master data administration, and systems implementation • Ability to define and drive global standards **Skills and Behaviors:** • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of supply chain data governance and best practices • Capacity to analyze and interpret large datasets • Confidence working with global teams and business stakeholders **Additional Information:** • No third party resumes will be accepted • Drug testing and/or other employment-related inquiries may be conducted • CTG will consider for employment-qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws • All interested individuals MUST be able to work on a W2 Tax basis (no C2C or third party vendors) • CTG is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer • CTG is an E-Verify Company To be considered for this opportunity, please apply directly through our website by clicking the link below or email your Word version resume and salary expectations to **Rebecca.Olan@ctg.com** **.** The expected base salary for this position ranges from $38.04/hour to $48.67/hour.
