To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** Global project/program management experience and expectations: + Exposure to global teams and building and delivering strategic initiatives globally. + Oversee/work with technicalteams for designing and developing global solutions + Developing and implementing long-term strategic plans that align with the organization's vision andobjectives. + Developsales solutions/sales enablement through insights from ground + Build/expand customer analytics and partner analytics,as well as all customer touchpoints insights deliverypractice within CX + Transformation: Partner with other global functions todeliver ondigital transformation goals. As chief of staff, responsibilities: + **Strategic Support:** + Advising the CX leadership on the strategic initiatives and business operations. + Developing and implementing strategic plans. + Overseeing/leading key projects and initiatives. + Ensuring alignment between strategic goals and operational execution. + **Operational Support:** + Coordinating cross-functional teams and projects within the global CX organization. + Managing budgets and resources. + Overseeing the flow of information and communication within the organization. + **Executive Support:** + Providing administrative support to the CX leadership team. + Preparing materials for meetings and presentations. + **Other Responsibilities:** + Building andmaintainingrelationships with key stakeholders. + Monitoring and evaluating organizational performance. + Developing and implementing organizational policies. + Around 10+ years’ experience in managing and buildingdata analytics and insights deliveryteams in a global distributed delivery modelwithin IT + Master’s degree instatistics,math,or economics.A master’sin business administration will be a plus. + Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate a dynamic environment by consistently rediscovering for overall success. + Experience in designing and building large-scalegovernance practicesand continuously improving upon them. + Extensive knowledge of industry best practices and models which can be customized fortheourrequirements + Experience working in a matrix, global organization by collaborating with key stakeholders + Results- and detail-oriented: hold him/herself and others accountable for commitments + Effective C-Level communication skills + Creative problem-solver with the ability to work with a blank slate and inspire others. + Intellectual and curious with a passion for storytelling. + Experience pivoting and navigating dynamic and changing situations. + Proactive, self-sufficient, and professional, with strong organizational and time management skills. + Experience within theleading ITindustryor other industry tech teams. + Flexibility to work in office or remotely, travel for business and work in multiple time zones as needed Qualification: + A data professional with several years of experience who is proficient in data science and analysis techniques, tools, and business concepts, responsible for leading and overseeing data science projects involving building big data solutions. + Experiencein drivingglobaltransformation projects + Experience working in strategy and consulting + Experience in leading analytics global delivery teams + Background education statisticsMath or economics with masters's in same discipline or business administration + Experience—18 years+ 10 years’experienceworking for an IT company will be desirable + Experience/exposure to CX will be a plus **Additional Locations** : * India - Karnātaka - Bangalore * India - Karnātaka - BANGALORE * India * India - Karnātaka * India - Karnātaka - Bangalore , * India - Karnātaka - BANGALORE **NOTICE FOR PUBLIC** At Lenovo, we follow strict policies and legal compliance for our recruitment process, which includes role alignment, employment terms discussion, final selection and offer approval, and recording transactions in our internal system.
