About the Role
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of customer fulfillment operations at LexisNexis. It is both a core driver of day-to-day order processing and a strategic contributor to process innovation and continuous improvement. As a GCF Specialist, you’ll manage customer orders while also leading initiatives that modernize how we work, using tools like Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ, automation technologies, and data analytics to increase efficiency and impact.

 

Responsibilities

Processing and managing customer orders accurately across all contract types, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment

Resolving complex fulfillment issues by investigating root causes and coordinating with internal teams

Serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across GCF operations

Leading or contributing to cross-functional projects that improve fulfillment workflows and tools

Analyzing data to identify operational inefficiencies and recommending automation or process enhancements

Championing new technologies and practices, helping teams adopt system changes effectively

Collaborating across departments (Sales, Legal, Customer Support, Finance) to align and improving end-to-end order processes

Supporting training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing efforts within the GCF team globally

 

Requirements

Have experience in order processing, customer operations, or fulfillment-related roles

Be proficient in Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ, and related CRM platforms

Have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to solving problems

Show excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and regions

Able to balance detailed operational work with broader project initiatives

Be adaptable, organized, and self-driven in dynamic environments

Show familiarity with automation tools, Lean/Six Sigma, and order-to-cash systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)

Demonstrate the ability to lead projects, manage change, or roll out new tools/processes
