The Global Crop Protection Business Intelligence Team provides Corteva leadership with insights impacting markets, competitors, customers, and technology to support strategic decision-making and growth. Business intelligence utilizes advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and collaborative innovation to transform basic data into actionable insights.
The Global Crop Protection Business Intelligence advisor role is aligned with key Global Portfolio Leadership Management Teams providing a diverse scope of duties and responsibilities.
Areas of Impact:
Leading business intelligence solutions for leadership teamsAssessing competitor business and market strategies for related crops and solutionsMaintaining current knowledge of crop protection industry and business trends through communication with internal and external networksUsing business intelligence data and tools to develop analysisBuilding an external and internal network of industry expertsInteracts With: This role reports to the Global Crop Protection Business Intelligence Sr. Director. Works with colleagues in regional and functional intelligence. Actively engages with stakeholders and teams leading our crop protection and biological business. Engages with external industry leaders and/or relevant subject matter experts.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in agriculture economics, business, finance, or Strategic Business Intelligence (or related field of study)Minimum 8 years of experience in agriculture business experiences with strong analytical skills. Crop protection experiences an assetTechnical & Functional Competencies
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actional insights that drive business growth with analytical softwareSkilled in leveraging advanced analytics, stakeholder collaboration and intelligence frameworks to support executive decision-makingAbility to execute databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence toolsLeadership & Communication
Excellent communication, relationship and stakeholder management skillsProven leadership of cross-functional networks, including knowledge sharingPersonal Attributes
