Job Summary:
As an experienced Vice President/Executive Director in the Switzerland Mid-Cap team, you will be responsible for supporting the relationships with public and private companies with revenues of $500 million and above. This group provides traditional corporate banking products as well as investment banking products to its clients. Our business partners include product specialists from Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A, Treasury Services, Corporate Derivatives and Private Banking.

Job Responsibilities
Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities for a broad range of financial products and servicesManage complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary relationship managerCoordinate the sales and service efforts of multiple internal business partnersProactively cover clients and prospects; represent Global Corporate Banking Mid-Cap in the local banking and business communities and develop a network of referral sourcesCollaborate with credit underwriting team on analysis, structuring, negotiation and documentation of credit requestsInitiate and maintain strategic dialogue with clients and prospects to generate ongoing corporate finance, treasury services and credit opportunitiesStrictly comply with all regulatory and JPMC rules, policies, and proceduresRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
Prior corporate banking and/or investment banking experience, ideally in a coverage role, in the Swiss market Candidate must be a top individual contributor, with a strong performance track recordDemonstrates outstanding ability to manage and influence stakeholder relationships at all levels, with particular focus at the senior management levelRelevant execution experience of Commercial Banking / Investment Banking / Capital markets products in a leadership capacityStrong work ethic and self-starter who is able to work independently and part of a larger team.Ability to re-adjust under high pressure and challenging situationsDemonstrates exceptional presentation skills and strong client capabilitiesProven ability to exercise independent and pro-active leadershipProven credit, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify business trends and to take a business-oriented approachDemonstrates ability to juggle and execute a high volume of competing priorities within strict deadlinesEnthusiasm to take on new and challenging tasks in dynamic environmentFluency in English, German and/or French
