Seller University is Amazon’s one-stop global learning service that assists aspiring and current sellers to successfully build and grow their business on Amazon. We are seeking a Sr. Global Content Strategy Manager who is passionate about innovation within the Learning and Development space, as well as hiring, developing, growing, and inspiring a team. You will manage a diverse group of content creators, including writers, learning experience designers, and program managers.
You will be responsible for developing a global content vision and strategy, overseeing content creation, quality, and effectiveness, and ensuring that our educational offerings contribute to successful sellers on Amazon. You will lean in to efficiency and innovation via experimentation with different content modalities, as well as test and incorporate AI in the content lifecycle. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including a wide range of product and feature owners to drive a consistent seller-facing content strategy via multiple programs and channels. You will own content roadmaps that work backwards from seller pain points, incorporate upcoming launches, while also considering business priorities, performance metrics, budget, and resource allocation.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of writers, learning experience designers and program managers
*Develop individual career growth and development plans that help support your team member's careers
* Develop and design a consistent programmatic content strategy for various channels
* Develop and maintain content partnerships at a global scale to drive operational efficiency and a shared vision for seller-facing content
* Define and set high-level business goals that are driven by content development and production
* Serve as a key influencer in the overall strategic vision of the program
* Experiment with creating new and innovative content formats via AI and other methods to continually drive a high-quality seller experience
* Understand content performance metrics and consider data when creating content roadmaps

Amazon Seller University's mission is to educate global sellers with high-quality, multi-modality content covering tools, features, and programs, to empower and equip them to run a successful business. We are a team of product, learning design, program, analytics, and tech professionals who work collaboratively to innovate for and educate sellers.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience managing teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using SQL to pull data and metrics to deliver reports
- Experience with content lifecycle management, including AI for content creation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
