Purpose of Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Manager to lead and manage the Company’s global compliance program, ensuring adherence to external regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions in which we operate. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory integrity.

Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer, the Compliance Manager plays a strategic role in ensuring the company’s adherence to global regulatory requirements and ethical standards. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of the organisation’s operations by proactively identifying compliance risks, implementing effective controls, and fostering a culture of compliance across all levels of the business.

The Compliance Manager will provide compliance advice for the company’s ethics and compliance function, including bribery and corruption, trade sanctions and export control, antitrust and competition laws, privacy (including GDPR), and human rights and anti-modern slavery.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Program Development & Oversight – this includes making decisions on compliance risks and overseeing compliance reporting and responding to potential violations. Also, making independent decisions on compliance risks, policy interpretations, and issue resolution.Due Diligence & Risk Management – identifying compliance risks and proposing mitigating strategic initiatives. Also providing compliance input on M&AsStakeholder Collaboration – Partner with internal teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks and ensure that 3rd parties understand and adhere to compliance expectations.Reporting, Training & communication – providing reports on compliance activities and delivering targeted ethics and compliance training programs.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is preferred.Experience in a compliance role in a multinational environment.Good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.Good knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, GDPR).Proven experience in policy development, investigations, and training delivery.
