Short Description:The Workflow Coordinator / ECCA Admin plays a key role in managing daily operations and supporting employee engagement. This role combines workflow oversight, administrative coordination, and internal communications to ensure smooth and efficient team performance. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Coordination:Manage and streamline daily operations across 23 business line groups handling complaint intake.Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.Prepare and lead monthly performance scorecard meetings for Intake team members.Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to support company-wide initiatives and projects.Administrative, Engagement & Communication Support:Maintain and update distribution lists, org charts, team listings, and SharePoint content.Provide backup support for lead admin duties, including executive support.Plan and coordinate onsite and virtual employee events.Communicate event details and gather feedback to improve future planning.Create newsletters, announcements, and presentations for internal events.Track attendance and engagement metrics to generate insights.Qualifications and Preferred SkillsStrong administrative skills with high attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication.Customer-focused with strong service orientation.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Comfortable interpreting data and resolving exceptions.Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.Organized, adaptable, and technically capable (e.g., content creation, SharePoint updates).Outgoing and enthusiastic—an ambassador for employee engagement.The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
