Job summary – What to expect:
Reporting to the Director of Global CRM, the Global Commercial Business Analyst will contribute to the delivery of new capabilities and enhancements across commercial systems. The role spans the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementations and training. The focus will be on platforms such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Conga CLM and other key commercial tools. The role requires close collaboration with IT, Project Managers, Change Managers and global stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with business needs and drive measurable value.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities
Discovery and Requirements
Design, Testing and Implementation
Collaborate with IT to ensure business requirements are accurately interpreted and incorporated into solution design. Validate proposed solutions with regional and global stakeholders, considering user experience (UX), accessibility and mobile use. Support test planning and coordinate test execution, including creation of test scripts and defect tracking. Assist in user support and readiness activities before, during and after-go-live.Continuous Improvement
Co-ordinate and contribute to monthly stakeholder forums (eg Salesforce Champions). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM platform and enhancement changes, with a focus on Salesforce and Conga.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong business analysis skills, with experience in requirements gathering and process documentation. Able to translate business needs into functional requirements. Clear understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery. Experienced in working on system enhancements and process improvement initiatives Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. Able to facilitate discussions and support workshops across global teams. Skilled at building strong, collaborative relationships with business and IT partners. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to manage competing priorities across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, detail-orientated and able to work independently. Experienced in working in a global, cross-functional delivery environment Familiarity with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and Conga is beneficial. Awareness of how data flows through commercial systems is beneficial. Understanding of user experience and mobile design considerations is beneficialWork Environment
Primarily remote, with occasional travel or in-person collaboration as required. Extensive contact with employees and external business partners and vendors. Travel required from time to time in support of project deliverables (up to 25%).Experience & Educations
Familiarity with the full SDLC, from requirements gathering through to delivery and adoptions. Involvement in documenting business processes, defining requirements and supporting. testing and deployment activities. Experience in a Salesforce environment or equivalent is preferred. Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst or equivalent certification is advantageous. Experience in using IT project management tools (such as JIRA) is advantageous. Bachelor of Science Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred. Commensurate business experience is required.What we offer:
