Global Cloud Marketing Business Strategy Program Manager
**Duration: 5 Months Contract** **Job Description:** + The Cloud Marketing Strategy & Operations organization is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations partner across client Cloud Marketing. + The organization combines strong strategic and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic sense of 'how to get things done' and drive change: advise the CMO, leadership, and cross-functional marketing teams; partner with senior leaders to develop the strategic direction; and orchestrate operational excellence. + GCM Business Services plays a critical role in leading and optimizing procurement processes for maximum efficiency across the regional and global Cloud Marketing teams. **Responsibilities:** + Coordinate the “ways of working” for a global team of 20 vendor workers, incl. Identifying escalations, issues, and bottlenecks and leading workstreams to improve the workflows + Partner and liaise with GCM Budget Management Lead, Cloud Marketing Finance, Buying Hub, launch point, Risk & Compliance, and Deal Desk teams to ensure 100% quarterly budget spend are utilized and any kind of procurement / SOW related issues / blockers are resolved + Document, refine, and strengthen underlying procurements processes, policies, and governance and enhance the systems and tools to optimize GCM procurement workflows **Experience:** + 8+ years working in experience in Finance, management consulting, or related fields. + Strong understanding of typical business procurement and compliance processes (e.g., opening purchase orders and invoice reconciliation). + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to move from detail to executive level strategy and presentations. + Excellent organizational and project management skills. + Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to thrive and exercise judgment in a fast-moving environment and ambiguity. + Experience managing vendor relationships. + Strong collaborator with ideas, energy, determination, and a passion for process optimization who can work with people from a broad range of backgrounds and experience. + Experience in marketing or understanding of marketing day to day activities. **Skills:** + Program Manager + Marketing + Cloud + Strategy + Purchase orders and invoice reconciliation **Education:** + Bachelor's degree relevant to the role or equivalent practical experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
