Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

You are responsible for supporting and executing the global strategy, management, and enablement of software demonstrations. This includes addressing clinical and data workflow requirements for a defined product portfolio.You collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams - as well as cross-functionally across the organization - to define the optimal marketing approach and drive market share growth for our Digital & Automation solutions.You develop compelling storylines, scripts, and presentation formats to deliver solution introduction trainings and demonstrations for country sales/demo teams and customers, incorporating feedback to drive continuous improvement.You are responsible for understanding customer needs - spanning clinical, operational, and product-related aspects - and for contributing those insights to guide product development.You lead efforts in clinical case collection and collaborate directly with customers to support these initiatives.You develop, manage, and strengthen clinical relationships and collaborations to support strategic goals.You work in close partnership with country organizations, business development managers, sales, and product management teams to align efforts and drive success.You serve as the clinical representative for our digital solutions at tradeshows, events, and customer visits.

Your qualifications and experience:

You hold a university degree in healthcare management, human medicine, or a related field—preferably with a background in healthcare imaging.You have long-term experience in the field of application training, sales, or marketing of digital medical solutions.You already have many years of professional experience and further qualifications in this field (e.g. as radiographer or biomedical engineer), but no university degree? Then we also look forward to receiving your application!You have a strong background in technical stakeholder trainings, customer engagement, and clinical expertise within diagnostic imaging.You possess in-depth knowledge of clinical requirements, and the operational challenges faced by radiology departments worldwide.You impress with your solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and the implications of working within a highly regulated healthcare environment.


Your attributes and skills:

You are open to domestic and international business travel (approximately 30-40 %).You possess business-level fluency in written and spoken English, enabling effective communication with international customers and colleagues; German language skills are a strong advantage.You enjoy finding creative solutions and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.You value a healthy work-life balance and bring a good sense of humor to the workplace.You stand out with your excellent presentation skills and a high level of intercultural competence.Your profile is complemented by strong customer orientation, your initiative, a goal-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills.
