The Position

The Global Clinical Supply Chain Organization’s mission is to ensure no patient goes without treatment and no clinical trial is delayed. Our vision is to enable an adaptive Supply Chain delivering innovative and sustainable clinical supply solutions anytime, anywhere, to anyone. As a part of our team, you will directly contribute to the success of Roche’s robust and diverse pipeline of biopharmaceuticals, as our team is accountable for the Clinical Supply of more than 100 molecules in 600+ clinical trials across seven disease areas.  

The Opportunity:

Broad Supply Chain Experience: Leverage experience in supply chain logistics, warehouse management, SAP systems, project management, or similar disciplines, with a role-based working approach.

On-Time Delivery Management: Oversee on-time delivery performance for network shipments, ensuring adherence to study requirements and patient demands.

Collaborative Team Participation: Represent PTDS in Protocol Execution Teams (PETs), Global Supply Execution Teams (gSETs), and ad-hoc meetings, driving resolution of operational and system challenges.

Supply Coordination: Coordinate depot supply with Clinical Demand and Supply Leaders and other stakeholders, executing tasks with utmost accuracy in the CLARA system, including first- and second-level diagnostics.

Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvement initiatives aligned with global distribution and PTDS strategies.

Action-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrate curiosity, collaboration, and agility by influencing stakeholders, solving complex problems, and supporting self-directed teams.

Multitasking and Adaptability: Manage multiple priorities effectively and contribute to continuous learning and improvement through experimentation and innovation.

Who You Are:

Proficient in SAP/IT systems with excellent diagnostic skills.

3–5 years of experience in Clinical Trial Management, logistics, warehouse management, or other supply chain roles, preferably in the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Business (focused on Operations or Supply Chain Management) preferred.

APICS and/or SCOR certification or equivalent relevant experience.

Training in Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies is a plus.

Skilled in working within cross-functional, cross-cultural, and agile organizational environments.
