Join the team that is making a tangible difference for the future of Coty, participate to one of the biggest transformations in the industry, driving and leveraging our culture of pride and performance! **RESPONSIBILITIES** We are looking for a Global Retail Category manager to join our procurement team and help manage and coordinate around the globe **.** This role will see you building a cost efficient and flexible supply for several categories such as point of sales (permanent & temporary), gift with purchase and other in-store activities (c $150m), to deliver sustainable savings, innovation and de-risk the practice to support growth and the overall Coty strategy. Our Retail space includes Retailer and own stores, across the globe. Your daily focus will be on building a strong long-term end-to-end plan for the categories and build close relationships with your counterparts working directly in the Regions and local markets: + Central Senior stakeholders across functions + EMEA, Americas and APAC Retail Procurement leadership + All countries Retail buyers + Other indirect global category leads Your main focus : + Work closely with Senior stakeholders and Regional procurement teams to create and implement an effective medium and long term category strategy ensuring quality of service and cost effectiveness. + Develop in-depth Category fact base from robust External sources and analyses (markets dynamics, industry best practices, innovations, key players,…) and cost modelling. + Build current and forward-looking Market / Industry intelligence. + Build the overall Retail Categories Strategies inclusive of Regional sourcing, Local Risk Management needs and Innovation Capabilities to best serve the local markets needs and objectives. + Define the Value Opportunity roadmap and Implementation programs. + Lead and/or Participate in global supplier negotiations through to contract award in line with Category Strategy and when necessary solve business issues. + Enhance Supplier Relationships to yield superior value for Coty. + Develop a Detailed understanding of the Data Privacy and Information Security policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with these policies and procedures and the Coty Code of Conduct. The team consists of Global Senior Procurement Director - Retail, 2 Senior Procurement Manager and 1 Buyer and you will work closely together with Merchandising, Sales and Regional Procurement Teams.
