As the Global Buyer Trainee within our Procurement Professional Services team, you’ll support the design and execution of the global sourcing strategies in Real Estate & Workplace, Total Talent Management, Corporate services or HR Services.

Main responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Global Lead Buyer(s) or Regional Category Manager(s) to ensure proper strategy design and execution for their respective categoryParticipate to sourcing processes (RFIs/RFPs) and contract negotiationsSupport information management, reporting and provide advanced data analyticsTake part of transversal projects including ESG, SRM and business partnering

About you

Experience:

Ongoing Master studies in business with preferred specialization in purchasing or supply chain preferably last year at the universityMin. 35-hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

rigor and autonomygood interpersonal skills and international exposureanalytical skills and ability to utilize tools/systems accordingly (advanced excel)first experience in purchasing is a plus.

Languages:  Fluent in English mandatory (written and spoken), any other European language or Chinese is a plus.
