Your role:
We are looking for a strategic and process-driven Business Process Expert – Dispute Management to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our dispute resolution processes across global operations. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely resolution of customer disputes, improving customer satisfaction, and accelerating cash flow through optimized processes and cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities involve Process Design & Optimization, Develop and standardize end-to-end dispute management processes in alignment with Order-to-Cash (O2C) objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration, you will act as the primary liaison between customer service, sales, accounts receivable, and supply chain teams to resolve disputes effectively. You will take care of performance monitoring & reporting, define and monitor KPIs such as dispute resolution time, dispute aging, root cause trends, and credit note turnaround.

 

Who you are:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.5+ years of experience in dispute management, accounts receivable,  O2C process improvement.Proven expertise in process design and project implementation in a shared services or global business services (GBS) environment.Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and dispute resolution tools (FSCM).Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-cultural teams.
