Position:   Global Business Leader – Wear Kraft – Terex Materials Processing (MP)

Location:  Preference is Coalville, UK or Dungannon Northern Ireland but would consider fully remote in the UK for the right applicant with relevant experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Wear Parts Business Line Director to lead an accelerated global growth for our new Wear Kraft business at Terex. Candidates should have 15+ years of commercial experience selling wear parts to the quarry, mining, and recycling industries across multiple OEMs, along with technical expertise, leadership abilities, and international business development experience.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the global strategy and growth of Wear Kraft by introducing new products and customers.Develop and execute business plans based on market intelligence, customer needs, and competitive analysis.Drive new product introduction strategies and long-term product roadmaps in close alignment with our Sourcing and Supply Chain teams.Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product offerings and market penetration.Establish pricing strategies and monitor financial performance to ensure profitability.Proactively engage with customers and dealers to identify opportunities and resolve product issues.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging trends to target and maintain market leadership.Foster a high-performance team culture and provide leadership and development for direct reports.Promote innovation and continuous improvement across the business line.

What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales within the Wear Parts aftermarket sector for the quarry, mining and recycling industryProven international commercial experience in the wear parts market.Strong technical knowledge of wear parts products and applications.Exceptional leadership and people management skills.Advanced strategic thinking and financial acumen.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel, one week per monthHigh level of proactivity, enthusiasm and passion for driving business growth.
